REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Babyglass Inc. We are committed to providing you with high-quality vase products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a resolution in accordance with the following Refund and Return Policy.
I. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To safeguard product quality and customer interests, returns or exchanges may be requested under the following circumstances:
The product was damaged or severely broken during transit.
The received product does not match the order description.
An incorrect product or model was received.
The product exhibits obvious quality defects (excluding human-induced damage).
Returns or exchanges may not be supported under the following circumstances:
Returns requested due to personal preference, size discrepancies, or other subjective reasons.
The product has been used, damaged, or cleaned by the customer.
The request for a return or exchange falls outside the designated time limit.
II. Time Limit for Return/Exchange Requests
Please submit your return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving the product.
Requests submitted more than 30 days after receipt may not be accepted.
III. Return and Exchange Process
Contact our Customer Service email to submit your request, including your order details and photos of the issue.
Once approved by Customer Service, you will be provided with return instructions.
Please ship the product back to the designated return address as instructed.
We will process your request after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds or exchanges will be arranged once the inspection and review process is complete.
IV. Refund Processing Details
Refunds will be processed once it is confirmed that the returned product meets the eligibility criteria.
The standard refund processing time is 5–10 business days (the actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method or bank’s processing speed).
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For exchange orders, the replacement product will be shipped out once the return has been confirmed.

VI. Important Notes
Please package returned products securely to prevent further damage during transit.
Packages returned directly without prior confirmation from Customer Service may not be processed.
We recommend retaining your return tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your return.
